Q&A
-Weather is not working. Help me! Always remember you have to use weather.com-like codes!
-Codes? What?! Go to weather.com. Search your location. Now take a look at the URL: there'll somewhere be your location + your country + the code you're searching for
Example: I'm typing in "Würzburg"
the url is: weather(dot)com/weather/today/Wurzburg+Germany+GMXX0142?lswe=wurzburg&from=searchbox_localwx
so my code is GMXX0142
-Why are the Apps animated and the rest isn't? Well, animation in Rainmeter always means a lot of CPU usage. An app-launcher doesn't really have measures, so the CPU-Usage is quite ok. But: skins with lots of measures (such as System and Weather) would cause more CPU-Usage than it should.
If you got any more questions, or simply like it, feel free to leave a comment. I'd be happy about some or , too.
For me, SDT won't work. I have black text in all system, app, weather and I can't make it to work the links in app-launcher. Text in the app-launcher is black and have #App1Name#,#App2Name#,#App3Name# names, not the names which are writen in the Variables.txt.
This skin is simple and I really like it, I was using this for a year but after formating the OS this is what is happening.
This skin is awesome, but i can't get the weather to work. From what i can tell, i need to right click on the weather skin, choose edit and change this line here: Url=[link](dot)yahooapis(dot)com/forecastrss?p=#WeatherCode#&u=#Unit#. Now i've tried to change just the #WeatherCode# both with and without the "#". I've also tried changing the unit to C which i believe would be Celsius? I want the code to work for Bergen, Norway which is: NOXX0004:1:NO.
